2.What is the use of the Stainless steel PVD coating sheets?

The PVD titanium coating sheets we manufactures are widely used in elevator cabin,building facade, luxurious revolving doors, wall decoration, ceiling, etc.

3.What colors are available?

Depending on the evaporated metal (target) and the mixture of reactive gases used during the PVD deposition process, different colors can be produced. Our company provides a wide range of available colors which are 1) Brass (-001), 2) Brown (-002), 3) Black (-003), 4) Gold (-004), 5) Rose (-005), 6) Bronze (-006), 7) Nickel Silver (-007). We also are able to customize color according customer’s requirement.

4.How to avoid or clean finger print on the PVD coated surface?

The coated surface must be handled with soft cotton/ fibre free glove to avoid finger print. Lightly stain finger print can be cleaned with acetone/water with cloth. It is recommended to add AFP(Anti-Fingerprint) treatment on the coated surface.

5.What is Anti-fingerprint coating?

By attaching the Nanocompounds to the metallic surface, we can effectively avoid oxygen or water from penetrating freely, enhancing the material’s anti-corrosion and anti-fingerprint abilities.easy to clean.  
According to the different reflection gloss, it is divided into glossy and matte AFP(Anti-Fingerprint). 

6.Can we do Laser cut after coating?

Yes, we also have machining workshop which can supply bending, cuting,punching,V-Cut, laser cutting, welding processing. Laser cutting need a Laser cut PVC film.
